When offering payments via sales and payment platforms, the merchant is at no time a processor of a trading platform, nor is it ever a processor of the merchant. Our clients have their own accounts with Stripe. In principle, Number One Solutions has no access to the accounts of its clients, unless this is expressly requested by the respective client. In this case, the client will inform the user about his/her individual data protection regulations.

Number One Solutions cannot be held responsible for errors in payment processing. Inquiries about payments should be addressed directly to the customer or the retailer.
